2. Exchange Policy (For Manufacturing Defects Only)

We offer exchanges only in case of a genuine manufacturing defect and only if:

1. A clear package opening/unboxing video is provided, recorded from the moment the parcel is received and opened.
2. The product is unused and in original packaging with all tags & accessories.
3. The defect is verified by our quality team.

To claim exchange, ensure your video:

● Starts before opening the parcel
● Shows the full uncut opening process
● Clearly shows product condition & defect
● Shows product and label clearly

Claims without video will not be accepted.

>> Exchange Eligibility Conditions

Exchanges will be approved only if:

● Request is made within 24 hours of delivery
● Defect is confirmed
● Product is unused & intact

Customer must return the product once approved for exchange.
Return shipping charges may apply unless specified.

Once approved, our team will guide you with exchange steps.
Shipping charges for return pickup/reshipment may apply.

>> Not Covered Under Exchange

● Minor colour or design variations due to lighting/screen settings.
● Damage due to mishandling water, perfumes, chemicals, or wear & tear.
● Wrong size choice by customer.
● Missing unboxing video.
